Morningstar Charters is a family owned and owner- operated sailing charter based out of Cruz Bay, St. John catering to guests visiting St. Thomas and St. John year round. Captain Mike started his sailing career in 2000 as a first mate to the original owner of Morningstar Charters (some of you may remember…Captain Jake!) The wind, the sea and the excitement for meeting new people every day to provide an unforgettable experience got in Mike’s blood and he hasn’t looked back.
Sail pristine water to secluded spots around St. Thomas and St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, on S/V Thin Air our 40′ Sloop Rigged Monohull. Snorkeling, lunch and personal service are all a part of your Caribbean vacation adventure.

Morningstar Sail and Power Charters
Join us for a relaxing day on the Caribbean Sea! Stay local in the USVI as we offer guided snorkel tours for all of our guests. All of our equipment is provided and included with your excursion. Additionally, our guests have the option to reserve the boat for Scuba Diving as well.
