Cancellation Policy

* Standard Policy: Cancellations 7 days or more prior to departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations inside of 7 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations inside of 48 hours are non-refundable (100% charge).
* Holiday Season Policy (Dec 20 – Jan 11): Subject to an immediate non-refundable 5% processing fee. Cancellations inside of 90 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations inside of 48 hours are non-refundable (100% charge).
* Captain Cancellations: If the Captain cancels for weather, safety, or any reason, guests receive a 100% full refund.

Rate & Price Lock Policy

All charter rates and packages are locked at the time of booking. Confirmed reservations remain in full force and effect at the agreed-upon purchase price. Future rate adjustments, seasonal pricing shifts, or temporary promotional offers apply strictly to new reservations and will not be retroactively applied to existing bookings.
